Rashmika Mandanna was born on 5 April 1996, she is an Indian actress who works mainly in Telugu and Kannada films in addition to Tamil and Hindi Films. Her First film is Kirik Party (2016), and she is known for her movies, Anjani Putra(2017), Bheeshma (2020), Pogaru (2021), Pushpa: The Rise (2021), and Geeta Govindam(2018). Rashmika Mandanna is also known a National Crush of India.

Early Life and Education

Rashmika Mandanna was born on 5 April 1996 in a Kodava family to Suman and Madan Mandanna in Virajpet, a city in the Kodagu district of Karnataka. She completed her early schooling at Coorg Public School in Kodagu. She got a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Journalism, and English Literature at the M. S. Ramaiah College of Arts, Science and Commerce in Bangalore.

Career

Rashmika debuted in the Kannada film Kirik Party with co-actor Rakshit Shetty, in 2016, which went on to become one of the highest-grossing films of the year in the Kannada film industry.  She got the SIIMA Award for the best debut actress for the role.  In 2017, Rashmika worked in two Kannada films Anjani Putra and Chamak. She was nominated for the Filmfare Award for Best Actress – Kannada at the 65^th Filmfare Awards South for her role in the film Chamak. Then she got chance to work in many films.

Personal Life

Rashmika debuted in the Kannada film Kirik Party with co-actor Rakshit Shetty, in 2016. In the time of film making both began dating, and the couple got engaged on 3 July 2017 at her hometown of Virajpet. The couple mutually called off their engagement in September 2018, citing compatibility issues. Now National Crush Rashmika Mandanna is single and she is happy. Her best friend is Vijay Devarkonda, she worked on two films with him, Dear Comrade (2019) and Geetha Govindam(2018).
